Honestly, the restaurant should be providing covers for your food, not your napkins which was annoying when you get up and find the birds are eating your food. Thank you to the housekeeper, Juney who opened my door, after I forgot my key, apparently this is a 'No, No,' in Aruba hotels and many strict rules imposed on them. The pool service is directed more to the drinkers so they can generate tips. Unfortunately, when this is the 1st experience, while waiting for your room, it does not leave a good taste in your mouth and not welcoming at all!. It should not have taken 2 hrs to get our food, the bartender, JC knew it, realized after the fact, then apologized and gave us drink credit. The best service is at the Renaissance Island. Service is inconsistent throughout the hotel. I booked the all-inclusive breakfast package which was well worth it.
